SHIPPING INFO & FAQ's
We only use Australia Post's Express Shipping or couriers for our products as we want them to arrive to you in the best condition possible.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 and a flat rate Australia-wide of $15 on all other orders.
Orders are dispatched within three to five business days (Monday to Thursday) from the order date. We do not ship items on Fridays to avoid your purchase sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
All orders are packed with a Frozen Cold pack and placed in an insulated Foil liner, then shipped Express in order to arrive to you in the best condition possible. However as our chocolate is temperature-sensitive, we will manage the heat exposure as much as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any melting or spoilage.
While we are a Brisbane based chocolate shop we ship Australia wide and are also happy to provide a quote for international shipping if you contact us directly.
We do what we can to get your order to you in the best condition possible, so if you are not going to be at home to receive your order you might like to include delivery instructions asking that it be left in a cool place.
While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, DOS cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
We want to give you the best experience possible but we understand sometimes things go wrong.
Don’t worry, if there is a problem with the product, a manufacturing fault or a packaging error we will swap or refund your purchase.
However if you change your mind (even after eating half the packet) or decide you no longer want the product we cannot provide a refund.
